Primescape Fence and Stain Warranty Agreement
Wooden Gates Warranty:
Primescape Fence and Stain warrants all wooden gates to be free from defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the product, under normal use and service. This warranty is contingent upon the gates being installed by Primescape Fence and Stain and includes steel frames, steel gate posts, and steel latch posts. Gates deemed by Primescape Fence and Stain as unusually large and not recommended are excluded from this lifetime workmanship warranty.
Exclusions:
- Wind damage and damage caused by landscaping or external forces are not covered under this warranty.
- Gate hardware is warranted by the manufacturer and is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Wood Materials Disclaimer:
Primescape Fence and Stain does not provide a warranty for wood materials due to the inherent nature of wood to warp, twist, check, crack, and split, which can occur within weeks of installation. Wood is a natural product, and these characteristics are beyond our control. To protect your investment, Primescape Fence and Stain highly recommends opting for a pre-stained fence. Our oil-based stain offers protection to extend the life and appearance of your fence. Alternatively, we offer manufactured products like vinyl fencing, which are excellent choices for durability and maintenance-free longevity.
Warranty Voidance:
The warranty provided by Primescape Fence and Stain shall become void under the following conditions:
- The fence sign provided by Primescape Fence and Stain, which serves as your warranty certificate, is removed from the installation site.
- Any modifications, alterations, or repairs made to the warranted product by anyone other than authorized representatives of Primescape Fence and Stain.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, improper maintenance, or acts of God.
General Provisions:
This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser of the product or service. The remedies provided in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies. There shall be no liability on the part of Primescape Fence and Stain for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other expense not specifically stated in this warranty.
To claim warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase and notify Primescape Fence and Stain of any defects within a reasonable period. Primescape Fence and Stain reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the validity of the warranty claim.
