We had trees down on the house, but not one board on that fence came down or even moved. Kip and Eric are easy to work with, even when you have changed. One thing that I was impressed with was how clean they keep the job site. It's like you would never know that they were there. After calling several different fence companies Kip with PrimeScape Construction LLC was the only one who was honest and gave me a fair price. Kip came with his portfolio and showed me pictures of his work and what type material he uses. Kip and his team were respectful, professional, timely, worked hard and finished my job in a day and a half.
Kip kept me informed through the whole process of when he would be at my home and what he was doing. I asked Kip to leave the dirt from the post hole he dug so I could fill in a few low spots in my yard. Not only did he save the dirt he spread it out for me and also filled a low spot in my neighbors yard. Now that's customer service.
Kip came back after completion to make sure I was satisfied, and he made a few adjustments at my requests. Kip also sent Thomas back to check again to make sure I was satisfied. These guys did a great job on my custom fence. They accommodated my desire to have a 6x6 post fence. Very well built. Wooden gate is one of the best I've seen. Iron fence looks really good and the gate on the driveway works amazing and looks great
