After calling several different fence companies Kip with PrimeScape Construction LLC was the only one who was honest and gave me a fair price. Kip came with his portfolio and showed me pictures of his work and what type material he uses. Kip and his team were respectful, professional, timely, worked hard and finished my job in a day and a half.
Kip kept me informed through the whole process of when he would be at my home and what he was doing. I asked Kip to leave the dirt from the post hole he dug so I could fill in a few low spots in my yard. Not only did he save the dirt he spread it out for me and also filled a low spot in my neighbors yard. Now that's customer service.
Kip came back after completion to make sure I was satisfied, and he made a few adjustments at my requests. Kip also sent Thomas back to check again to make sure I was satisfied.
